F. Technical support
Premium Softare technical support includes: * Software Update * Product Support * Other kind of technical support If ordered, annual technical support (including first year and all subsequent years) is provided under Premium Software technical support policies in effect at the time the services are provided. The technical support policies, incorporated in this agreement, are subject to change at Premium Software’s discretion. However, Premium Software will not materially reduce the level of services provided for supported programs during the period for which fees for technical support have been paid. Techical support starts after you sign-off Sepparate Agreement for Technical Support. Sepparate Agreement for Technical Support is concluded for minimum time of 1 year. Premium Software remains right to ends technical support. You will be noticed when Premium Software decided to ends technical support for some programs.
