You and your refers to the individual or entity that has signed-off this licence (‘licence’) and ordered PROGRAM from PREMIUM Software doo Novi Sad, Inc. (‘Premium Software’) or an authorized distributor.
The term ‘PROGRAM’ refers to software products or application referred to in the Licence, owned or distributed by Premium Software which you have ordered, program documentation, and any program updates acquired through technical support. The term ‘services’ refers to technical support, education, hosted/outsourcing services, consulting or other services which you have ordered.
